Burgerlicious

Nestled on the lively Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough, Burgerlicious is more than just a fast-food joint-it’s a full-blown flavour experience that brings together street-style indulgence and comforting diner classics under one roof. Whether you're craving a late-night burger fix or something bold and spicy to kick off your lunch hour, this place doesn't hold back.

Walking in, there’s an immediate sense of comfort. The space is designed for everyone-accessible entrance, casual dine-in areas, and a vibe that welcomes both solo diners and group munchers. The versatility of Burgerlicious shines through its menu. From quick bites to full-on feast boxes, this spot caters to every level of hunger.

Let’s start with the star of the show: the Smash Burger Box. Juicy, double-stacked patties, cooked to crispy-edged perfection, layered with melted cheese, and paired with crispy chicken wings and fries-it’s a dream combo for burger lovers. If you're really going big, the Licious Double Smash Burger Combo is a next-level choice. The patty-to-bun ratio is spot-on, and the texture hits that sweet spot between crunchy and tender.

But Burgerlicious doesn’t stop at burgers. One of the standout dishes for adventurous palates is the Red Donner, which comes packed with flavor and that smoky richness only well-spiced meat can deliver. Prefer something cheesy and hearty? Go for the Loaded Chicken Fries with Cheese-a generous pile of seasoned fries smothered in chicken and gooey cheese. Total comfort food.

And here’s the curveball: Pani Puri Gol Guppay. This unexpected street-style Indian snack has made its way onto the menu, and it’s a fun, tangy twist that adds serious variety. Another curveball? The Sticky Rice-unexpected for a burger joint, but it works if you're in the mood for something different.

Still not satisfied? Kebabs, fried chicken, and the Oldham Double Chicken Fillet Box Meal (complete with onion rings and mozzarella sticks) bring a fast-food-meets-diner-style dimension that keeps the menu exciting. You can even grab chili cheese, beef burgers, or go simple with a classic hamburger if you’re feeling traditional.

Burgerlicious is also an unsung hero for dessert and drinks. Think Victoria cake, ice cream, hot chocolate, and the surprisingly popular Pink Tea. The Cappuccino and Karak Chai add a warm, comforting touch, perfect for a midday break or after-dinner sip. If you’re going for something cold, orange juice and Pepsi Max are always ready to refresh.

It’s also one of the better options for late-night food in Middlesbrough-thanks to both kerbside pickup and no-contact delivery options. Night owls, rejoice.

What really sets Burgerlicious apart is its ability to be everything at once: a burger hub, a fusion snack stop, and a dessert haven. You can pop in for a quick bite, sit down for dinner, or grab a hot drink and cake to go. This flexibility, combined with its location on a bustling street and its ever-evolving menu, makes Burgerlicious a go-to destination for anyone seeking bold flavour and variety with zero fuss.

Whether you're in it for the smash burgers, the quirky extras like Eggalicious Burger, or just a reliable spot with halal options, Burgerlicious keeps things fast, fun, and full of flavour.

Great burger place with amazing food. The portion sizes are decent and the price is appropriate. I had the mixed chicken and beef smash burger and pleasantly enjoyed it.I also tried the red donner and it was good but nothing mind blowing. If they made it more spicy with some fresh salad served on the side, it would have been better. However, we did buy some sauces to add on top and it did make it better. They have a good menu and the vibes in this place are good. Nice burger joint in middlesborough if you don’t fancy a parmo.
